Warm Up Exercises: 

● Walk - 5 Minutes
● Jog- 15 Minutes
● Jumping Ropes- 2 Minutes

Arms
Repeat whole circuit 2x

● Bent Over Rows  x30

● Up and Down Plank  x30

● Dumbell Press  x30

● Tricep Dips  x30

● Overhead Press  x30

● Plank  30 secs.


Abs
Repeat whole circuit 2x

● Knee To Elbow Crunch Twist x30

● Oblique Crunches x30

● Cross Ab Crunches x30

● Double Leg Circles x30

● Starfish Crunch x30

● Reverse Crunch x30



Butt
30 repetitions each exercise (No switching)

●Donkey Kicks

● Rainbows

● Fire Hydrant Extension

● One Legged Hip Thrust

● Hydrant Taps

● Donkey Kicks + Rainbows


Legs
Repeat the whole circuit 2x

●Side Step Ups  x30 (each leg)

● Skater Lunge + Squat   x30 (each leg)

● One Leg Laying Press x30 (each leg)

● Ballet Leg Lifts  x30 (each leg)

● Skater Lunge + High Knee x30 ( each leg)
